The staff were friendly and always helpful. Our extended family met in the afternoon in the breakfast area to eat pizza and for my son to open graduation gifts. I offered to sweep, wipe the tables and take the trash out. The friendly front desk employee told me not to worry and that she would do it for us. The common areas and rooms were very clean. The employees that cleaned our rooms were friendly, too. I just wish we would have had time to swim in the fun looking pool.

Bed was really comfortable, room was on 2nd floor and quiet. Accessability to hotel was great and parking was roomy. Orange juice at breakfast was too watered down, ran out of maple syrup. Eggs and biscuits were great. Only one choice of dry cereal. There does need to be some minor improvements, lights in elevator were burned out, some trim in elevator needs refinishing. Front desk was very friendly.

The facilities the BAR in hotel on 2nd floor, small and convenient, nice bartender too! The pool is SO NEAT we didn't get to use it it was closed due to lightning but looks so neat goes under building they are very accommodating making sure we got the rooms we wanted, very nice staff nice size rooms big bathrooms and showers!!!

Property was very close to Texas Tech Campus. I went for a graduation and it took no time to get there and back. I really enjoyed how polite the front desk was. I asked to be put on the same floor as my friends, and check in early because of my flight and he was able to do both.
